This system relies on the use of wall heating units (aluminum), the size of which is proportional to the size of the room to reach the required temperature for the room.
These heaters operate on hot water, meaning they do not require any gas or electricity connections (Fondital / Risa).
The heaters are supplied with hot water through a central boiler (operating on gas) whose capacity is proportional to the thermal loads of the house or villa and comes in different forms (wall or floor) “Viessmann / Fondital.”
The connection network between the boiler and the heaters is divided into two parts:
1- Connections from the boiler location to the distribution boxes in each floor. The company uses thermally insulated “Pex-Aluminum-Pex” pipes that can withstand temperatures without connections or any expansion of the network (Valsir).
2- Connections from distribution boxes to heaters are made using either
- PEX pipes inside an insulation bag. The advantage of this system is the possibility of replacing the pipe in the event of a hole in it after finishing and without any cracking of the slab (Tiemme).
- Or using thermally insulated aluminum PEX pipes (Tiemme / Valsir).
The heating system can supply the bathrooms of the house with hot water from the same boiler in two ways:
1- Using a Kombi boiler, you heat the water when you open any mixer in the house. It is recommended to use it in apartments and penthouses due to its limited ability to heat water. The highest capacities supplies two bathrooms with hot water at the same time, with a water volume of 16 liters per minute / t = 30 Δ
2- Using a wall-hung or floor-standing boiler with a hot water tank of
Storage of 200 liters per liter and 2000 or 3000 liters of large villas. This system is used in
1- Kombi Boiler
2- Filling Valve
